Golden Bat Exhibition Hall
This place with a total size of 693㎡ is designed to allow its visitors to ecologically experience bats and become educated about habitat conservation and preservation of endangered species by discovering the fact that golden bats, the endangered and rare species, inhabit Hampyeong.
Along with an exhibition hall with a cave-like interior, a golden bat sculpture made of 162 kilograms of pure gold, based on 162 golden bats found in a cave in Hampyeong, is a one-of-a-kind exhibit only available in Hampyeong.
Everything about bats, including classification, ecology and application areas of bats, and bats in our tradition, is shown at this place.
